Please fill out our order form in advance. You have the option to choose the type of voucher you desire – either the classic standard voucher or a festively designed Christmas edition to gift the anticipation of the holidays. Additionally, please specify the value of the voucher in euros. Moreover, you can decide how you want to receive the voucher: conveniently by mail (plus shipping costs) or rather quickly and environmentally friendly via email.

You can choose the desired voucher according to your personal preference. Opt either for our classic standard voucher or our Christmas edition to share the anticipation of the holidays right from the moment of gifting.

You have complete freedom to determine the value of your voucher according to your individual preferences – whether it's € 50 or € 2000, the choice is yours.

If you opt for a value voucher, it remains valid for as long as our hotel exists. However, when it comes to an overnight stay voucher, it must be redeemed within a period of 3 years from the date of issue.

Our vouchers, whether printed or digital, provide you with a small text field where you can capture personalized greetings and wishes. For the Print@Home option, we are happy to assist you by already entering the text for you. Please use the dedicated section "Your Dedication" in our order form for this purpose. If you choose the printed version, you are free to add a personal dedication on your own if you wish.

After you have submitted your order form, you will receive a friendly confirmation from us along with a detailed invoice. Once your payment is received, we promptly proceed to send your voucher either by mail (plus shipping costs) or conveniently deliver it to you via email.

The duration for shipping letters abroad can vary depending on the destination and the respective postal conditions. Generally, postal services provide estimated delivery times for international letter shipments in terms of business days. These times may differ based on service class and distance.

For standard letter shipments, delivery times can range from one week to several weeks, depending on the destination country. Express services typically offer shorter delivery times, often between 1 and 5 business days.

It's important to note that these indications are of a general nature and refer to average times. In certain cases, such as peak periods or due to customs clearance, delays may occur. It is advisable to inquire about the exact delivery times for the specific destination country and chosen service with the local postal service or shipping provider.

Therefore, we recommend ordering the voucher via email. This saves you time and shipping costs.

We are happy to send your voucher directly to the person you want to gift. Please make sure to provide both a billing address and a shipping address in our order form. This way, you can ensure that the voucher is delivered to the right person, making the surprise perfect.

Yes, you can also split the value of your voucher across multiple purchases.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for the voucher.
