We are a strictly non-smoking hotel and kindly request you to adhere to this rule. This is not only for the consideration of other guests but also because our hotel is a historic half-timbered house. Our utmost concern is to minimize the potential fire risk while preserving the charm and safety of our building. Please note that non-compliance will result in an activated fire alarm, which, due to a direct connection, will immediately initiate a fire department response. If smoking is detected during an inspection, a fee of €80.00 will be charged. Additionally, the costs of the fire department response may be billed separately.
However, we do not want to entirely restrict you and therefore offer you the opportunity to smoke on the balconies (Room 30 and on the floor of Room 34) as well as in front of the hotel. Ashtrays are provided in these areas.

Our hotel does not have its own parking facilities. However, you are welcome to stop in front of the hotel to load or unload your luggage. There are several public parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, advance reservations are not possible. However, during special events such as the Pfingstfestspiele (Pentecostal Festival) or Reichsstadttage (Imperial City Days) in the town of Rothenburg o.d.T., exceptions may apply.
If you need assistance in finding parking, we are happy to help you on-site. Additionally, we can issue a parking permit for a specific area of the Old Town. Currently, the fee is €20.00 for 24 hours.
Your reservation will be held for you until 8:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after this time, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
